We are looking for passionate and motivated medical students to gain hands-on clinical experience, assist in patient care, and support healthcare initiatives in underserved communities. This role provides a unique opportunity to apply your medical knowledge in a real-world setting, learn from experienced professionals, and contribute to improving healthcare access for those in need.

Responsibilities :
- Adhere to all project rules and guidelines to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Work schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., with a 1-hour lunch break.
- Be on-call for evening and weekend duties as scheduled, remaining prepared to respond to medical emergencies 24/7.
- Support doctors and nurses in patient care and clinical tasks.
- Maintain accurate medical records, reports, and statistics to assist with clinic operations.
- Provide health education to the local community, independently or alongside a doctor.
- Help maintain cleanliness in the clinic, shared spaces, and living areas.
- Assist with essential daily tasks, such as cooking, grocery shopping, and purchasing medications and household supplies.
Skills & requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Spanish proficiency at A2 level or higher is highly recommended (we offer Spanish tutoring beforehand!). Basic English (A2) is also desirable.
- Willingness to support the project through fundraising.
- Ability to drive a manual (stick-shift) car is a plus.
- Prepared to live and work in a remote rural setting, with limited internet access, away from large cities, and alongside a diverse international team.
